Labor Law Posters for Ohio

The posters are required to be kept up-to-date. The labor law posters for Ohio are also required to be placed in an area where all employees have a very good chance of seeing them. The posters should be in an area where employees are known to gather.
The mandatory state labor law posters for Ohio are the Workers’ Compensation poster, the Minimum Wage poster, the Minor Labor Laws poster, the Public Employee Risk Reduction poster, and the Fair Employment Practices Law poster. The one optional poster is the Unemployment Compensation poster.
