Poster On Drug Free

Employers have a lot of regulations that they must deal with telling them how they must treat their employees, how they must pay their employees, and how they must post these rules and regulations on posters all over their work sites. These are of course all to protect their employees and let employees know about their rights, so they’re all for the common good. But perhaps one of the most important posters isn’t mandatory in most states, and that is the Poster On Drug Free Work Sites.

The Poster On Drug Free Work Sites is just one of many posters that employers can put up in their workplace, and it does have to do with a regulation that employers have to deal with. Employers are by law required to maintain a drug free work site, to protect their employees from harm and protecting the employers themselves from liability in case of accidents or illnesses.

But the Poster On Drug Free Work Sites tells employees much more, that their bosses are proud to maintain a drug free work site. It also lets employees know that, to maintain this pride and to continue to protect their employees, that bosses will also withhold the right to check employees for drug and alcohol abuse, through blood tests, urine tests, and the like.

As we mentioned earlier, the Poster On Drug Free is but one of many work site posters that employers can choose to post. Many others also deal with issues of worker safety and work site protections, such as those safety posters that instruct employees how to use their forklift, or warn them to wear eye protection when dealing with dangerous chemicals or tools.

Other posters inform workers about their workers’ comp rights, or their rights to unemployment insurance and a minimum wage.
