Wyoming Minimum Wage Poster

According to the Wyoming Dept. of Employment, employers are required to update their North Carolina minimum wage posters each time there is a change in the law. An easy way to take care of this is to subscribe to a poster service, which will provide updated poster whenever necessary. Using a poster service means the busy employer has just one less thing to worry about.

Employers should be aware that each time the minimum wage increases, they would need a new Montana minimum wage poster. Many employers will choose to subscribe to a poster service, which automatically updates posters for every change.

The current drought is the longest the minimum wage has remained at a fixed amount. The federal minimum wage was first implemented in 1938. Until recently, the longest period without a hike in the minimum wage was 9 years and 3 months, for the minimum wage passed in January 1981 and raised in April 1990. On December 1, 2006, Congress passed the 9 years and 3 months mark, making this the longest time between increases in the minimum wage, according to the Economic Policy Institute.

An excellent way for employers to make sure that their labor posters are current is to subscribe to a poster service. For one low rate, a poster service will automatically send updated posters whenever needed. This allows busy owners and managers to focus on their business, instead of poster compliance.

The newly elected Democratic majority in the U.S. House has made good on its promise to pass a minimum wage increase. The bill is currently being debated in the Senate. With a much slimmer Democratic majority of only 51 to 49 in the Senate, there is a greater chance that the bill will be changed. Under the current plan, the first increase would go into effect in just 60 days.
